I visited Shae Connor for a PEMF session and a Fit 3d Body Scan. The PEMF session was incredinly relaxing and I felt great the next moring on my hike. I’ll have to have a couple of more sessions just to see the benefits. The Fit 3d scan was a different story – theres nothing like that analysis to make me realize I need to step up my game. Looking in the mirror shows you one sliver of reality – that scan really showed me the full picture and gave me a very detailed analysis. This was kick in the butt I needed to start really working on my fitness, posture, etc.
