Inna Benyukhis, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, has walked the path alongside her youngest daughter who was diagnosis with treatment-resistant Major Depression and Generalized Anxiety at the age of 15.

Inna embarked on a relentless journey to uncover the underlying causes and discover effective solutions to restore her daughter’s quality of life.

Inna started on an educational odyssey, returning to school at the age of 52 to pursue formal training in Nutritional Therapy.  Additional training has taken her to study functional medicine.  Armed with practical knowledge of healing and training in translation of various tests such as Stress and Metabolic Profile, Food Sensitivity, Gut Health, and Hormones Optimization she was able to better support her daughter with an alternative medicine and nutritional approach that helped augment her full treatment protocol. Now, Inna aspires to apply her acquired wisdom and skills to empower others in achieving their health goals. She specializes in cases dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and digestive issues.
