When I first started coming to Hartley Chiropractic I was dealing with severe low back pain and tingling in legs and hands. I had been using massage and acupuncture. I continue to use those forms of health care but the addition of chiropractic care was awesome!

Chiropractic adjustments 3x week along with the in office rehab exercises and in-home care exercises. Dr. Johanna also told me about a natural anti-inflammatory supplement called Meriva 500 that has changed my life. I have been able to get off over the counter anti-inflammatory medications after taking these! I tell everyone about it and others in my family are receiving great results from it as well!

When I came to Dr. Hartley I was looking for relief from the pain in my lower back. I originally started care at Hartley Chiropractic Center during my pregnancy with my third child. I was experiencing pain and I needed to get my baby in the correct position. I began coming in each week to make sure I had the healthiest pregnancy and easiest delivery possible. I had a perfect home birth and brought my son in for a chiropractic check up within days of his birth. My other children also get checked 1x per month for their health!

I had a great experience during my pregnancy! The pain went away, baby turned into the correct position and I was able to have a quick un-medicated vaginal birth.
